Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate, commercial, labor, regulatory, or litigation matters (as relevant).
  
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
  
• Conduct legal research to support decision-making and reduce legal risk.
  
• Represent the company or clients in negotiations, legal proceedings, or meetings as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
  
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., HR, finance, operations) to provide legal input on strategic decisions.
  
• Manage external legal counsel when required and coordinate litigation or dispute resolution strategies.
  
• Monitor changes in legislation and legal risks and advise the business or clients accordingly.
  
• Prepare case summaries, reports, and legal updates for internal stakeholders or clients.
  
• Maintain legal records and ensure documentation is current and compliant.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in [insert industry e.g., fintech, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, etc.].
  
• Exposure to international law, cross-border transactions, or M&A deals.
  
• Knowledge of compliance standards like GDPR, FCPA, SOX, etc.
  
• Familiarity with legal management systems or contract lifecycle management tools.
