Role Overview: You will be a Lawyer in Noida, working full-time with some work from home flexibility. Your main responsibilities will include providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing the company in legal proceedings, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. You will also collaborate with different departments to offer legal guidance on business decisions and contracts. Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice - Draft and review legal documents - Represent the company in legal proceedings - Conduct legal research - Ensure compliance with laws and regulations - Collaborate with various departments for legal guidance and support on business decisions and contracts Qualifications Required: - Experience in providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents - Skills in conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations - Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory matters - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required; a Master's degree in Law (LLM) is a plus - Bar admission and license to practice law in relevant jurisdiction - Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm is preferred but not required,
