Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Female Mobilizer/Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our courses, counseling potential candidates, and increasing admissions for our free skill development programs. Key Responsibilities: Mobilize and reach out to the target audience (18 to 45 years old) in the community. Counsel individuals about the benefits of the courses and motivate them to enroll. Conduct awareness sessions in communities, localities, and groups to promote the trust’s activities. Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and potential beneficiaries. Handle inquiries from interested candidates and guide them through the admission process. Maintain records of outreach activities and admissions. Requirements: Female candidates only. Minimum qualification: [BSW or MSW.] Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
