Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Female Mobilizer/Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our courses, counseling potential candidates, and increasing admissions for our free skill development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize and reach out to the target audience (18 to 45 years old) in the community.
• Counsel individuals about the benefits of the courses and motivate them to enroll.
• Conduct awareness sessions in communities, localities, and groups to promote the trust’s activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and potential beneficiaries.
• Handle inquiries from interested candidates and guide them through the admission process.
• Maintain records of outreach activities and admissions.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum qualification: [BSW or MSW.]
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in counseling, community mobilization, or social work will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about social work and community development.
