Job Purpose

Secretarial assistance for required programmes and ensuring error-free programme delivery. Ensuring seamless collaboration with the Programme Manager and other departments, ensuring operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction .


JobOutline

Providing secretarial support, creating and maintaining data, ensuring seamless functioning of the programmes as well as coordination with other departments. Quality and timeliness being the yardsticks of all activities related to this role.


Job Specification

Qualification - BBA, BTech, MBA, MComm, PG Diploma

Skills:

Technical

MS Office, esp MS XLS, Skilful handling of various software required for the functions, Good email etiquette

Behavioural

Interpersonal skills; Good communication skills; teamwork; responsible; dedicated

Experience:

2 – 3 years


Job Interface/Relationships:

Internal

  • Within department and other departments of ISB such as Operations, IT, LRC etc.

External

  • With external vendors (occasional)

KPI - Writing mails to ensure travel arrangements of faculty
