Monitor stock levels daily with complete accuracy.

Conduct monthly inventory audits ensuring zero variance.

Achieve and maintain a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score greater than 4.

Reduce defects in stockyards to less than 0.2%.

Ensure a minimum of 95% compliance in Stock Quality Inspections (SQI).

Implement at least one Kaizen (continuous improvement) initiative per stockyard each month.

Maintain 100% adherence to model operational processes.

Report 100% of near-miss incidents accurately and timely.

Achieve 100% performance in Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing with no pending entries.

Generate gate passes daily with 100% accuracy.

Update Proof of Delivery (POD) status with more than 97% accuracy.

Submit all billing documentation on time with 100% compliance.

Ensure timely and 100% submission of all MIS reports related to primary stockyards, BBND stockyards, gate passes, and SLA compliance.

Prepare and submit the Monthly Review Meeting (MRM) presentation, including validated data and supporting evidence, by the 4th of every month.

Drive revenue growth according to budget targets (e.g., 20.66 Cr for FY-25).

Achieve margin growth according to budget targets (e.g., 2.53 Cr for FY-25).

Manage monthly collections, including: TSY (Third-Party Stockyard) collection. Stockyard collections from stakeholders.

100% monthly billing of stockyards to customers.

Increase the percentage of business processed through Logistics Fulfillment (LF) channels.

Conduct monthly Business Associate (BA) reviews:

Document all BA reviews with written Minutes of Meeting (MOM) each month.

Complete a quarterly review of all BA-managed stockyards.

Ensure timely monthly payments from stakeholders and complete TSY collections from Business Associates (BAs) and Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) agents.

Maintain CSI scores above 4 consistently and ensure closure of all service tickets within 7 days.
