Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Assistant/Associate Professor in Banking and Finance. The role involves developing and delivering course content, conducting research and publishing in reputable journals, mentoring students, and participating in departmental and administrative duties. The candidate is also expected to stay updated with the latest trends in the Banking and Finance sector and contribute to academic collaborations and industry partnerships.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Banking, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution
• Track record of publications in good Scopus-indexed journals
• Experience in teaching and course development in the Banking and Finance domain
• Ability to conduct rigorous research and secure research funding
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in quantitative or qualitative research methods
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and technology
• Willingness to participate in and contribute to student development programs and industry engagement activities
