Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Chandigarh, India. The Assistant will support the team in coordinating day-to-day office operations, scheduling, communication, and general administrative duties. Responsibilities include managing calendars, organizing meetings, maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting with project and team coordination. The role also involves liaising with clients and supporting team members to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software
Ability to effectively coordinate with team members and clients
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proven multitasking abilities and experience in maintaining schedules and records
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
Formal education in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
