Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant role based in Barpeta. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operational and administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, managing communications, and assisting in organizational coordination. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in supporting team members and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and responsiveness
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and under minimal supervision
• Prior experience in an assistant or administrative role is an advantage
• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus
