Your primary focus will be on harnessing cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Interact and negotiate with external service providers to review plans by product and region. - Develop tools utilizing cutting-edge technology to provide insight into cost drivers. - Provide hands-on support and guidance to junior team members, ensuring quality and accuracy in deliverables. - Analyze data to propose opportunities for cost savings for the firm. - Communicate findings and ideas to desks, working with them to identify volume and business expectations. - Collaborate with asset class FO desks, Operations across multiple geographies to understand constraints and advise on plan options. - Maintain the smooth and efficient operation of trading desks, providing operational support and expertise to traders and sales professionals. - Coordinate trade execution by liaising with traders, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. - Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support sales and trading activities. - Monitor market data and assist in the analysis of financial information for trading decisions. **Qualifications Required:** - Work experience as a process owner. - Proficiency in stakeholder management and leadership. - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Preferable certification in FRM or CFA. - Understanding of Cost of Income items like Brokerage, Exchange and Clearing fee, Regulatory fees etc. - Familiarity with tools like Tableau, SQL, Python, Hypercube for data analysis. - Ability to work on unstructured data and propose opportunities for cost saves. - Understanding of various asset classes like Credit, Equities, Rates, FX from a cost of income perspective.
