Assistant Vice President (Trust & Safety)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end solutioning

  for global Trust & Safety deals, including sole-source pursuits and complex RFP/RFI responses.
• Collaborate with account teams to

  identify opportunities

  and proactively design winning techno-commercial solutions.
• Develop

  reusable solution assets, frameworks, and accelerators

  to improve speed-to-market and enhance value propositions.
• Leverage deep domain expertise in

  content moderation, fraud prevention, monetization risk, and policy governance

  to address client challenges.
• Integrate

  AI/ML-driven tools, automation, and operational models

  into innovative, scalable solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with

  C-level executives

  and other senior stakeholders across global markets.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA from a reputed institute.
  

• 10+ years of leadership experience

  in Trust & Safety, digital operations, or related domains, with strong exposure to global high-tech client ecosystems (GAFMA preferred).
• Demonstrated success in

  solutioning, pre-sales, and commercial modeling

  for large-scale deals.
• Strong expertise in

  policy governance, risk management, and operational transformation

  .
• Proven ability to work in a

  matrix environment

  and lead diverse, multi-geo teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
