What You'll Do

Drive
insurance sales (Health & Life)
through telecalling with a strong lead base.
Engage with customers to
understand their insurance needs
and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle customer queries with empathy and ensure a seamless sales closure.
Achieve and exceed sales targets
while building long-term client relationships.
Maintain accurate sales records and collaborate with the team to ensure business success.

What We're Looking For

1 to 4 years of experience
in insurance sales (life, health, or general) or with digital insurance aggregators.
Strong knowledge of insurance products.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
.
Fluency in English (regional languages are a plus).
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive sales professionals.
IRDAI certification preferred (not mandatory).
