Assistant Vice President Trust & Safety (Content Moderation)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  Trust & Safety / Content Moderation

  operations for high-tech global clients, ensuring compliance with platform policies and industry standards.
• Drive

  policy curation, governance, and operational strategies

  to enhance platform safety, user trust, and compliance effectiveness.
• Manage and inspire large, diverse teams (400 to 700 members) across geographies, ensuring high engagement, performance, and development.
  
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to strengthen relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver operational excellence.
  
• Oversee

  operational standardization, risk mitigation, and process improvement

  initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Monitor and refine service delivery models, leveraging technology, analytics, and AI tools to optimize efficiency.
  
• Provide leadership during complex, high-pressure situations requiring sound judgment and resilience.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years

  of progressive leadership experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or related domains, preferably in BPO / digital operations.
• Proven expertise in

  policy creation, content review, and platform safety

  for large-scale programs.
• Experience in

  managing large teams

  (400+ members) in a global or multi-geo environment.
• Strong background in

  stakeholder management, client engagement, and operational governance

  .
• Proficiency in

  process excellence

  (Lean Six Sigma preferred) and change management.
• Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment and manage exposure to sensitive/egregious content.
