Position: Assistant Vice President Trust & Safety (Content Moderation) Location: Hyderabad Work Model: 5 days from office About the Role Join the worlds leading digital transformation and operations partner serving some of the largest global technology platforms. We are seeking a seasoned Trust & Safety leader to spearhead large-scale content moderation operations, deliver policy governance excellence, and manage high-impact teams that safeguard online communities for top-tier clients. Key Responsibilities Lead Trust & Safety / Content Moderation operations for high-tech global clients, ensuring compliance with platform policies and industry standards. Drive policy curation, governance, and operational strategies to enhance platform safety, user trust, and compliance effectiveness. Manage and inspire large, diverse teams (400 to 700 members) across geographies, ensuring high engagement, performance, and development. Partner with senior client stakeholders to strengthen relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver operational excellence. Oversee operational standardization, risk mitigation, and process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Monitor and refine service delivery models, leveraging technology, analytics, and AI tools to optimize efficiency. Provide leadership during complex, high-pressure situations requiring sound judgment and resilience. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or related domains, preferably in BPO / digital operations. Proven expertise in policy creation, content review, and platform safety for large-scale programs. Experience in managing large teams (400+ members) in a global or multi-geo environment. Strong background in stakeholder management, client engagement, and operational governance . Proficiency in process excellence (Lean Six Sigma preferred) and change management. Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment and manage exposure to sensitive/egregious content. Why Join Us?
