Position: Assistant Vice President Trust & Safety Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid ) About the Role Join the worlds leading digital operations and transformation partner , delivering cutting-edge solutions for global high-tech clients, including some of the most recognized names in the industry. We are seeking an accomplished Trust & Safety leader with a proven track record in solutioning, pre-sales, and strategic operations , who can design and deliver large-scale, differentiated solutions for complex, multi-geo engagements. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solutioning for global Trust & Safety deals, including sole-source pursuits and complex RFP/RFI responses. Collaborate with account teams to identify opportunities and proactively design winning techno-commercial solutions. Develop reusable solution assets, frameworks, and accelerators to improve speed-to-market and enhance value propositions. Leverage deep domain expertise in content moderation, fraud prevention, monetization risk, and policy governance to address client challenges. Integrate AI/ML-driven tools, automation, and operational models into innovative, scalable solutions. Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders across global markets. Qualifications & Experience MBA from a reputed institute. 10+ years of leadership experience in Trust & Safety, digital operations, or related domains, with strong exposure to global high-tech client ecosystems (GAFMA preferred). Demonstrated success in solutioning, pre-sales, and commercial modeling for large-scale deals. Strong expertise in policy governance, risk management, and operational transformation . Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and lead diverse, multi-geo teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence. Why Join Us?
