Role Summary
The CoE Lead will drive strategic initiatives, suggest robust construction methods, optimize construction processes, implement green building practices and foster innovation. This role demands strong leadership, industry expertise, and a focus on continuous improvement to achieve business excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation across projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and innovation.
- Identify areas for process enhancements and standardisation to improve productivity and consistency.
- Analyse performance metrics, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify potential risks in project execution and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively
- Develop and implement best practices across projects to enhance efficiency.
- Promote the adoption of new technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in construction and real estate development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, upskilling, and knowledge sharing within the organisation.
- Engage with external stakeholders, consultants, and partners to adopt global best practices.
Who are we looking for?
Education
- bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Business, or related fields; MBA preferred.
- Proven leadership in managing large teams and complex projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies is desirable.
Experience
- 20+ years of experience in residential real estate, with a focus on strategic operations, process excellence, or project management.
