Job Description

The candidate will have a good working knowledge and experience working with CLOs, CDOs, Credit Funds and the different types of Loans. They will be driven and motivated to achieve excellence through hard work, good organisation skills, excellent communication and attention to detail. Considering the unique nature of this particular product launch we are seeking candidates with a prior knowledge or exposure to the Aladdin platform.


Main Responsibilities

  • :Asset administration: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of administrative duties and tasks includin
  • gAsset setu
  • pAsset Maintenance and reconciliatio
  • nLiaising with 3rd party brokers/custodians/agent
  • sProcessing agent notice
  • sProcessing corporate action
  • sEntering and settling trades as require
  • dPreparing and assisting with various reports required by internal team
  • sOther duties assigned by Managemen
  • tCash/Position Reconciliation: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of reconciliation duties and tasks includin
  • gPreparing daily reconciliation of cash transaction
  • sPreparing daily reconciliation of Apex/Client position
  • sEnsuring aged breaks ( over 7 days ) are addressed and escalate
  • dProcessing and reconciling data in various system
  • sActively researching discrepancies with various agents and internal team
  • sPreparing and ensuring all Reporting is issued within the required timeframe
  • sPreparing and assisting with various reports required by internal team
  • sOther duties assigned by Managemen
  • tOther Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of reconciliation duties and tasks includin
  • gPreparing & Review procedural document
  • sPreparing daily/Monthly KPI / MIS reporting pac
