Assistant Vice President

As an AVP Growth at our client, a leading Fintech player in the Indian credit markets, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the lending business and the mobile app. Your key responsibilities include: - Increasing loan disbursements and improving conversion rates - Boosting app installs and monthly active users (MAU) - Focusing on customer retention and upselling or cross-selling products - Managing the acquisition funnel, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability (P&L) of the business To achieve these responsibilities, you will need to focus on the following areas: - App growth & funnel: increasing installs, MAUs/DAUs, improving conversion rates, and reducing drop-offs - Customer lifecycle & retention: running campaigns for activation, engagement, cross-sell, and up-sell - P&L accountability: managing budgets, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and ensuring revenue/profit targets are met - Growth levers: implementing loyalty programs, referral schemes, and third-party monetization strategies - Analytics muscle: proficiency in tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, Firebase, SQL, and Tableau for data analysis, A/B testing, and identifying growth opportunities - Leadership style: ability to work cross-functionally, influence others, and thrive in ambiguous situations The ideal candidate for this role is a post-MBA professional with at least 7-8 years of experience who can treat the lending app like a business, balancing acquisition, retention, and monetization effectively.
