As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) Growth at our young, dynamic, and visionary company in the Indian credit markets, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the lending business and the mobile app. Your responsibilities will include: - Increasing loan disbursements, improving conversion rates, and boosting app installs and monthly active users (MAU). - Focusing on customer retention and upselling or cross-selling products. - Managing the acquisition funnel, controlling costs, and ensuring the profitability (P&L) of the business. In this role, you will be accountable for various aspects such as: - Driving app growth and optimizing the funnel for more installs, MAUs/DAUs, better conversion rates, and fewer drop-offs. - Running campaigns to enhance customer lifecycle and retention by pushing activation, engagement, cross-sell, and up-sell initiatives. - Managing budgets, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and ensuring revenue/profit targets are met. - Implementing growth levers such as loyalty programs, referral schemes, and third-party monetization strategies. - Utilizing analytics tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, Firebase, SQL, and Tableau for data analysis, A/B testing, and identifying growth opportunities. - Demonstrating a leadership style that involves working cross-functionally, driving through influence, and handling ambiguity effectively. We are looking for a candidate with at least 7-8 years of experience post-MBA who can treat the lending app like a business by balancing acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies while maintaining an efficient funnel.
