Assistant to HOD

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HOD in daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Create, update, and maintain Excel trackers, databases, and reports.
• Prepare presentations, charts, and summaries as required.
• Coordinate departmental schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely compilation and submission of data and reports.
• Liaise with internal teams to gather information and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain and organize departmental files and records.
• Handle correspondence and documentation on behalf of the HOD.
• Support in research, data analysis, and decision-making processes.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
