Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the HOD with daily schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.

· Prepare reports, presentations, and departmental documentation.

· Coordinate with internal teams and departments as required.

· Maintain records, files, and confidential information accurately.

· Help in planning departmental activities and tracking progress.

· Manage communication (emails, calls, notices) on behalf of the HOD.

· Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream. (Business, Commerce, or related field preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years preferred (Fresher’s with good communication and computer skills can also apply).
  • Skills:

ü Good communication skills. (written and verbal)

ü Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

ü Basic knowledge of MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

ü Professional attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

ü Prior experience in a similar role or in administration is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
