Assistant Store Manager

Attend Customers at the store and welcome them to check our collection and helping them to select correct product by explaining them in detail. Follow up with customers who visited in the past / or can visit the store in near future and understand their requirements assisting them to buy relevant products. Monitor key trading tasks such as stock management, fragmentation, and product returns. Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of the store like billing, packing and proper display of different products. On behalf of the company, participate in exhibitions/conferences/events & can handle store as far as styling & Sales is concerned. Conduct market research to identify current trends in market/forecast. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their demands and concerns. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data- in coordination with the team. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the internal teams.
