Job Description We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth. •           Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs •           Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media •           To work to the Group sales enquiries process on all enquiries •            To manage a portfolio of existing clients to encourage repeat and new business and in line with the company. •           sales Account Management Process •           To fully understand the pricing structure and maximise opportunity during peak and off-peak periods •            To have an in depth knowledge of key competition and their strengths and weaknesses versus the company.  •           Maintain relationships with local suppliers and manage the venues recommended supplier •            Update the intranet and website offers page as and when requested •            Research and ensure venue operational costs are kept to absolute minimum at all times •            Maximise each event sale by ensuring optional extras are taken up by clients where possible •           Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. •           Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. •           Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. •           Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences •           Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections •           Collaborate with team members to achieve better results •           Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Requirements MBA / BBA or Any Graduate  •           Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role •           Proficiency in English •           Excellent knowledge of MS Office •           Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques •           Fast learner and passion for sales •           Self-motivated with a results-driven approach •           Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations •           Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients and event suppliers •            Able to work under pressure and multi task particularly during the peak seasons   Skills •           Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success •           Critical thinker and problem-solving skills •           Team player •           Good time-management skills •           Great interpersonal and communication skills •           Brand Management  •           e-Commerce •           Resourceful •           Analytical •           MS OFFICE
