Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager with a background in electronics or electrical engineering to support day-to-day operations in our company. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth customer experience and supporting the store team in achieving sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations.

Supervise and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.

Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers.

Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer queries or complaints effectively.

Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and coordinate with the warehouse team.

Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store layout as per brand guidelines.

Monitor and report on store performance metrics such as sales figures, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Train new team members on product knowledge and store procedures.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and store policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or a related field.

3 to 4 years of experience in store operations in the electronics sector.

Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to lead and manage a team.

Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.

Basic understanding of inventory management.
