Job Description

To support the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day showroom operations, spearhead local marketing initiatives to drive footfall, and lead the sales team in achieving monthly and seasonal sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Retail, or related field
3–5 years of experience in premium/luxury retail; minimum 2 years in a team lead or assistant manager role
Jewellery industry experience is mandatory, especially in diamonds or bridal jewellery segment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Passion for sales and premium customer service
Local market understanding and networking ability
Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and billing systems (like GSoft, JSoft, or custom POS)
Ability to multitask under pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of diamond jewellery types, 4Cs, and design language

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
