Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and guest-oriented Assistant Steward to join our Food & Beverage Service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring smooth service, and upholding our brand’s hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu choices.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and well-presented.
Handle guest requests and feedback promptly and courteously.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations.
Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

Prior experience in restaurant or hotel F&B service preferred (freshers with passion for hospitality are also welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and customer service focus.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Diploma or certification in Hotel Management or related field is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
