Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets as per the defined sales plan, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with the companys product strategy.
Generate and handle inquiries, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential customers.
Accurately interpret customer requirements to formulate precise technical offers.
Collaborate with the engineering team for the preparation of competitive techno-commercial proposals.
Drive the successful closure of orders while maintaining a strong hit ratio.
Identify and develop new markets within the assigned territory to expand business opportunities.
Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term
partnerships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Work closely with internal teams to optimize proposal effectiveness and drive better organizational outcomes.

Essential Candidate Skills:

Proactive mindset with strong engineering knowledge and a solid understanding of technical
sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with passion, especially in a Resident Sales role.
Experience in Automation, Automobile, Manufacturing, or any industrial sales sector.
Adaptability to thrive in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
