Performance Expectations 1. Error-Free Detailing: Achieve a target of 98% or higher accuracy in design detailing and documentation. Minimize errors and rework by adhering to best practices and conducting thorough reviews. 2. Timely Completion of Work: Meet or exceed project deadlines and milestones as agreed upon with the project team. Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of design outputs. 3. Dedication: Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality work and continuous improvement. Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed. 4. Willingness to Learn: Actively seek out opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement. Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices relevant to the role. Show enthusiasm for learning new subjects and applying new knowledge to work tasks. Preferred candidate profile Materials Knowledge: Familiar with various materials and bought-out components such as springs, cylinders, LM rails, blocks, gears, and pulleys. 3D Modeling Experience: Proficient in 3D modeling software, preferably SolidWorks. 2D Drawings: Skilled in creating and interpreting 2D engineering drawings. Location: Thane/Vadodara
