Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for

    client acquisition and business development

    in real estate.
  • Conduct

    sales calls, client meetings, and property site visits

    to convert leads into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve

    monthly and quarterly targets

    .
  • Provide clients with market insights, investment advice, and property options matching their requirements.
  • Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth deal closures.
  • Maintain

    daily sales reports

    and update CRM tools with client interactions.
  • Support senior management in planning and executing sales strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for sales, and real estate knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, or any relevant field). MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/consultancy or related industry. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also be considered.
