Experience Required:

3 years of sales/business development experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in freight forwarding, contract logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across industries such as retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, automotive, pharma, and FMCG.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and margin targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth areas.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain sales pipeline, update CRM, and report on sales activities regularly.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Logistics, or related field.

• 3+ years of proven experience

  in sales/business development in logistics (Freight Forwarding, 3PL/4PL, Warehousing, or Supply Chain Solutions).
• Strong network of industry contacts and proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand client supply chain challenges and propose customized solutions.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and team player.
