The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of VAV / AHU/ FCU solutions in the HVAC market (commercial buildings, data centers, pharma, hospitals, malls, airports, and industrial HVAC applications). The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with consultants, and end-users, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the HVAC segment.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with GC,PMC MEP contractors, consultants, and end-users.
Build and manage relationships with HVAC consultants, design engineers, and facility managers to influence specifications.
Work closely with MEP contractors
Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and seminars to promote Product solutions for HVAC applications.
Collaborate with the application and service teams to provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest market positioning strategies.
Prepare and track sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account plans.
Ensure timely payment collections and adherence to companys credit policy.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Instrumentation).
Experience:
5–8 years of sales experience in VAV, HVAC controls, or related electrical/automation products.
Strong network with HVAC consultants, contractors, and OEMs.
Skills:
Solid understanding of HVAC systems, pumps, AHU,FCU, fans, and chiller applications
Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
