Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Install new equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide on-site support to customers, addressing any concerns or queries regarding product performance.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs, parts used, and time spent on tasks.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product designs based on customer feedback and service experiences.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance service delivery.

Skills

• Strong technical aptitude with experience in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members professionally.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software relevant to the role.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• A valid driving licence is preferred for travel to client sites.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
