Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at SKY ENERGY-TATA POWER SOLAR located in Mangaluru. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in daily activities, maintaining customer relations, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The role includes conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and assisting in training and development of the sales team. The Assistant Sales Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and successful achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support, Customer Relations, and Sales Strategy development.
• Strong skills in Market Research, Sales Reporting, and Data Analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in the energy or solar industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
