Job Description

This role is the first touchpoint for buyers and sellers, helping understand their requirements and guiding them through the sales pipeline. It requires strong communication, organisation, and a target-driven mindset, with weekend working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and engage qualified leads for buying/selling homes
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them through the sales process
  • Virtually showcase properties and support the Sales team during client visits
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, dashboards, and reports
  • Create and manage databases of potential and existing buyers/sellers
  • Coordinate with the Operations team for home inspections
  • Stay updated on competing products/services
  • Support in closing deals and achieving monthly targets
