Train, guide, and support team members on sales processes, customer engagement, and product knowledge. Drive showroom footfall through effective lead generation and customer relationship management. Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching for improvement. Ensure exceptional customer service standards and handle escalations effectively. Prepare and present sales performance reports to management. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize sales opportunities. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
