Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Sales Manager with a proven track record in the education sector, particularly in dealing with school owners, principals, and decision-makers for educational products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, a strong understanding of the K-12 education ecosystem, and the ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school management (principals, directors, trustees)
• Strategize and execute plans for promoting educational products/services (labs, training, curriculum, etc.)
• Conduct school visits, presentations, and product demos as needed
• Track team performance, pipeline, and conversions through regular reviews
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for lead generation and delivery
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the education domain, especially in school partnerships
• Prior experience in handling a team is a must
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally for meetings and demos
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or education-related qualification preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Background in EdTech, curriculum services, lab setup, teacher training, or similar educational services
• Ability to independently close deals with schools and lead from the front
• Familiar with CBSE/ICSE/State board guidelines and school budgeting processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
