School Partnership Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated professional with experience in the EdTech or School Outreach industry. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with school principals and decision-makers, inviting them to participate in our prestigious EduLeader Summit of Schools, and building long-term relationships for future collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach school principals, directors, and decision-makers via calls, visits, and networking.
• Present the vision and benefits of the EduLeader Summit.
• Generate confirmed participation and registrations from schools.
• Maintain records of outreach and follow-ups.
• Represent Techradiance professionally during meetings and events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in EdTech sales / school outreach / B2B education sales.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with school leaders.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
• Graduation or higher in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,231.51 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
