They are a global logistics carrier with offices in various parts of the world, including India, Africa, UAE, USA, Singapore, and more. Goodrich owns over 10,000 containers, providing supply chain solutions and cargo transport services across the globe. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Mumbai/Chennai/Hyderabad/Nagpur/Jodhpur. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role will involve working closely with the sales team to drive revenue and contribute to the company's growth. Qualifications & Experience Any graduate (MBA preferred) 8-12 years’ experience in NVOCC & REEFER sales Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and in local language Good Negotiation skills -Ability to negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to get the best deals while maintaining profitability. Good Knowledge of commercials of all sectors, trade lanes for general, ODC, project CARGO, REEFER cargo, special equipment’s etc Good knowledge of perishable products Good Knowledge of commercials of all sectors for Reefer containers Good Presentation Skills Show more Show less
