Job Description

  • Sales Strategy Development:Creating and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue goals and occupancy targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including corporate clients, event organizers, and travel agents.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:Identifying new business opportunities, making sales calls, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Market Analysis:Conducting market research to understand trends, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaboration:Working closely with other hotel departments, like marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless guest experience and maximize revenue potential.
  • Performance Management:Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Team Leadership:Leading and motivating the sales team, providing training, and setting performance goals.
  • Event Coordination:Working with clients to plan and execute events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Sales Skills: Proven ability to identify leads, close deals, and build relationships.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Knowledge of the Hospitality Industry: Understanding of hotel operations, sales processes, and market trends.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software: Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage client data and track sales activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
