Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Executive to join our Leisure Department in Ahmedabad, Delhi and Mumbai. As an Assistant Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets for leisure travel packages, tours, and holiday packages.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their travel needs and preferences.

3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our leisure travel products, services, and promotions.

4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of travel products and services.

4. Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric approach.

5. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
