Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, based in Bhubaneswar. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities, building client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and meeting revenue targets. The role also involves managing the sales team, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction are key responsibilities of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including experience with target achievement, lead generation, and client acquisition
• Proficiency in relationship building and account management
• Analytical thinking and ability to interpret market trends and sales data
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Proficiency in using sales software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in security, housekeeping, or facility management sectors is an advantage
