Job Summary:

Sales Executive



Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct site tours, present workspace options, and deliver compelling sales pitches to convert prospects.
  • Build strong relationships with startups, SMEs, and corporates looking for flexible workspace.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable membership or office solution.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with professionalism and confidence.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Work closely with marketing and community teams to support campaigns and improve lead quality.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and local business developments.



Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in co-working, real estate, or B2B services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to sell value and build trust with diverse client profiles.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Gurgaon market and Golf Course Road business ecosystem is a plus.
