Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at our premium co-working space located on Golf Course Road, Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing leads, and driving occupancy across our flexible workspace solutions. You’ll work closely with potential clients to understand their workspace needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their goals. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiries. Conduct site tours, present workspace options, and deliver compelling sales pitches to convert prospects. Build strong relationships with startups, SMEs, and corporates looking for flexible workspace. Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable membership or office solution. Negotiate and close sales deals with professionalism and confidence. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools. Work closely with marketing and community teams to support campaigns and improve lead quality. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and local business developments. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in co-working, real estate, or B2B services. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to sell value and build trust with diverse client profiles. Target-driven mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage. Knowledge of the Gurgaon market and Golf Course Road business ecosystem is a plus.
