Role Description

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets for Bajaj Finserv. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, creating meaningful customer relationships, managing a team of sales executives, and contributing to overall business growth. You will track market trends, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction is consistently maintained. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bulandshahr.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to drive revenue and achieve targets
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
• Knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on lending, insurance, and wealth management
• Proven ability to lead a sales team, coupled with strategic planning and organizational skills
• Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and a problem-solving mindset
• Previous experience in the financial services sector is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are an advantage
