Job Summary

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations of Sandys Continental Restaurant. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring high service standards, maintaining guest satisfaction, controlling costs, and driving revenue. The ARM will act as a second-in-command to ensure smooth operations and deliver a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
  
• Maintain high levels of

  guest satisfaction

  through excellent service and problem resolution.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  
• Ensure

  compliance with FSSAI, hygiene, and safety standards

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen & bar for seamless operations.
  
• Support in menu planning, promotions, and upselling activities.
  
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
  
• Assist in daily sales reports, cash handling, and cost control.
  
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve service excellence.
  
• Act as duty manager in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management preferred.
  
• Minimum

  24 years’ experience

  in F&B operations, preferably in continental or fine dining restaurants.
• Previous supervisory/assistant manager role is an advantage.
  
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• 25,000 Take Home Salary per month.
