Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ghaziabad for Assistant Restaurant Manager. The role involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, managing and motivating the team, and maintaining customer satisfaction reporting directly to the Group Director. Candidate will also handle staff scheduling, monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for efficient service, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills to effectively lead, train, and motivate team members.
• Strong grasp of Service Standards and Food Service operations to deliver quality customer experiences.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to address patron needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Effective Communication abilities to coordinate with staff and handle guest interactions professionally.
• Knowledge of inventory management, food and beverage trends, and compliance with health and safety standards is a plus.
• A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience of 4-6 years in food and beverage operations or hospitality is highly desirable.
