Executive Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MBA Graduate (Fresher) with strong academic credentials and a strategic mindset to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership of group of Companies, gain hands-on corporate exposure, and contribute to high-impact business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior management in day-to-day operations, planning, and coordination.
• Conduct business research, prepare reports, presentations, and strategic insights for leadership.
• Assist in reviewing, monitoring, and tracking business projects across departments.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minutes of discussions
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Liaise with internal teams (HR, Finance, Sales, Procurement, IT) for smooth communication and project execution.
• Analyze data, generate MIS reports, and support decision-making processes.
• Provide support in corporate communication, business strategy development, and operational initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: MBA Graduate (Fresher) with excellent academic records.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of corporate functions and business processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business communication tools.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Tamil proficiency is an added advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven with a willingness to learn and grow in a corporate setup.
