Ensure product availability, visibility, and distribution expansion across RMT chains and local towns.
Lead and develop a strong sales team to consistently achieve sales, coverage, and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end sales & distribution operations under
direct company billing model
.
Lead and mentor a team of 812 Sales Executives/TSIs.
Drive sales, distribution, and numeric/weighted outlet coverage in GT.
Build and strengthen trade relationships with retailers and RMT partners.
Execute trade marketing activities, schemes, and promotions effectively.
Track competitor activities, market insights, and consumer trends.
Ensure compliance on billing, collections, and reporting.

Work Location:

Experience & Educational Qualification:

5–8 years of FMCG sales experience in General Trade & RMT chains.
