Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outlet Coverage & Sales

    • Visit all assigned GT outlets as per route/beat plan.
    • Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at the store.
    • Place focus SKUs and ensure proper execution of display standards.

  • Onboarding & Growth

    • Identify and onboard new GT outlets directly with Unibic.
    • Collect and process Purchase Orders (POs) for direct billing.
    • Expand coverage and distribution in the cluster/town.

  • Operations & Collections

    • Monitor credit periods and ensure timely collections.
    • Coordinate with supply chain for smooth stock supply.
    • Resolve billing, stock, or delivery issues quickly.

  • Market Insights & Reporting

    • Share updates on competitor activity, schemes, and promotions.
    • Submit daily/weekly reports on sales, outlet coverage, supply, and collections.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of FMCG GT channel sales.
  • Negotiation and customer handling skills.
  • Discipline in beat planning, PO tracking, and collections.
  • Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate (Business/Commerce preferred).
  • 13 years in FMCG sales (GT experience preferred).
  • Freshers with retail exposure may also apply.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Outlet coverage as per plan.
  • New outlet onboarding.
  • Sales vs. target achievement.
  • Collection efficiency under direct billing.
  • Supply and visibility compliance.
