Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service, manage staff performance, and uphold food and beverage quality. Responsibilities also include assisting with hiring, training team members, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Proven experience in team management, including Hiring and training staff effectively
• Strong Communication skills to liaise with team members and customers efficiently
• Experience or knowledge in the Food & Beverage industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying situations
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
• Previous managerial experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
